ISSEP: Information Systems Security Engineering Professional

Another CISSP concentration, ISSEP focuses on the secure engineering of systems, often within the context of U.S. government and DoD frameworks (like RMF). It integrates security into the systems engineering lifecycle, ensuring security is "baked in" from the requirements phase rather than bolted on later. The exam covers systems security engineering, certification and accreditation (C\&A), and technical management.
